Ohio small business health insurance laws

According to Ohio health insurance laws, small group health insurance must be sold to any eligible small business (2 to 50 employees). Businesses may be asked to meet minimum participation requirements.

Ohio small business health insurance premiums can be more due to the group's health, age, or gender. However, canceling an Ohio small business health insurance policy due to health is prohibited.
